Noteworthy: This dual development was a classic infill project by Delco Builders and well received by the market, with its proximity to shopping, schools and the new seven-acre Leghorns Park that was part of the project. Construction of The Windsor Collection started in summer of 2004 and the single-family homes went on sale later that year, with rapid sales absorption occurring throughout 2005.

Construction of the Chelsea Square townhomes started in winter of 2004 and despite the untested market for mid-to-high priced townhomes in a typically suburban market place, Chelsea Square sales were brisk throughout 2005 and into early 2006 when the final few townhomes were sold by the Reiser Group.
