Delco Builders & Developers Welcomes Denise Cook as Community Sales Manager

January 2, 2007 - Napa, Calif. - Delco Builders & Developers Vice President of Sales/COO Rick Rosenbaum announced today that Denise Cook of the Reiser Group was appointed Community Sales Manager for its Vintners Ranch and Oak Leaf Ranch new housing developments in the Napa Valley. Previously, Ms. Cooked was in luxury high-rise condominium sales at St. Regis Residences, San Francisco and earlier in her career, sold single-family homes for six years with the O'Brien Group at developments in Napa and Sonoma. Ms. Cook joined Reiser Group in December and was assigned these two Delco communities. The Reiser Group, based in Alamo, Calif., is the exclusive listing agent for all of Delco's new home communities.

Located at Griffin Lane at Big Ranch Road in Napa, Vintner's Ranch is a 14-home community of semi-custom single-family residences, priced from the high $900,000s. Only two Vintner's Ranch homes remain available to purchase. Oak Leaf Ranch, a new community of 45 single-family homes on spacious lots located in a country setting east of downtown Napa, opens for information and pre-sale in mid-February and completed models are slated to open in early April.

Denise Cook brings a broad range of residential real estate sales to her new position, having served most recently as Sales Manager at the St. Regis Residences in San Francisco, a 102-luxury home high-rise and mixed-use center being developed by Starwood Resorts and Hotels and Carpenter & Co. She previously sold new homes and was a sales manager for The O'Brien Group in Yountville, five Napa communities and one in Sonoma. Earlier, she worked as a resale real estate sales professional for Morgan Lane Real Estate and was a sales representative for Richmond American Homes in Napa in the mid-1990s. She got her start in real estate with Crown Realty in Napa, in 1985.
