Reiser Group Sells Out at Three Bay Area Communities
May 8, 2007 - Alamo, Calif.; Reiser Group has sold out three Bay Area communities on behalf of client Delco Builders & Developers. The three communities are: The Hills at Atherton Ranch in Novato, Kinross Terrace in Walnut Creek and Vintner's Ranch in Napa. Collectively, 67 single-family homes in premium urban infill locations were sold over a two-year period since construction started in summer 2005 at The Hills at Atherton Ranch.
Sales at all three developments were managed by Reiser Group, an Alamo-based integrated sales and marketing agency who serves residential property developers and exclusively represents Delco Builders in all of its communities.
The Hills at Atherton Ranch
- 41 single-family homes in Novato off Redwood Boulevard
- Approximately 3,331 to 3,757 square feet
- Sold from the high $900,000s to low-$1 millions
- Other - The Hills was the final phase of 114-home master-planned Atherton Ranch development by Delco Builders.
Vintner's Ranch
- 14 single-family homes in Napa at Griffen Lane and Big Ranch Road
- Approximately 2,550 to 3,448 square feet in five floorplans
- Sold from high-$900,000s to low-$1 millions
- Other - this community featured large lots (7,000-8,000 square feet) and exceptional architecture.
Kinross Terrace
- 12 homes - 10 single-family dwellings and two duplex homes, one of which was sold to comply with the city's affordable housing requirements
- Located in Walnut Creek along Kinross Avenue at Marchbanks Ave
- Approximately 2,500 to 3,100 square feet and duplex homes 1,550 to 2,200 square feet
- Sold from the high $800,000s to mid-$1 millions;
- Other - located in quiet cul-de-sac setting and near Diablo Hills Golf Course, this community has upgraded interior finishes. In addition, as one of the few new single-family developments in Walnut Creek, Kinross Terrace sold out quickly.
