Reiser Group Wins MAME Sales Management Team of the Year Award for Third Consecutive Year

August 29, 2007 -- Alamo, Calif. The Reiser Group’s Chief Executive Officer Tom Reiser announced today that community sales professionals Steve Kelley, Robyn Van Ekelenburg, Toni Majers and Kim Abelite were named Sales Manager/Sales Team of the Year at the recent Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) award ceremony. It is the third consecutive year a Reiser Group sales manager and management team outperformed its peers. Bob Yakominich won MAME Sales Manager of the Year in 2005 and Steve Kelley won the same award in 2006.

 

The MAME Awards recognize outstanding achievements in the homebuilding industry and are presented annually by the Home Builders of Northern California.

 

MAME judges look at the challenges faced by the nominees and their approaches to solving problems, support for marketing efforts, achievement of goals, and additional responsibilities and professional achievements when considering the nominations.  

 

In a challenging 2006 market, the Reiser Group’s MAME Sales Management Team was responsible for the sale of approximately 600 homes worth more than $300 million.  In addition to their strong sales accomplishments, outstanding customer service and high customer satisfaction survey ratings also played a large part in the group being named Sales Manager/Sales Team of the Year.  The team sold single-family homes, condominiums and townhomes in numerous Northern California communities, including Oakland, Hayward, San Jose, Martinez, El Sobrante, Cupertino, Mountain View, Oakley, San Ramon and Millbrae.
