Reiser Group Expands to Fresno and the Central Valley

April 7, 2006 -- Alamo, Calif. - The Reiser Group, a leading real estate services company to home builders and developers, today announced that Cindy Abbes Siwecki has joined the firm as vice president, Marketing & Research. She has also been named as a member of the firm's Executive Committee.

The appointment of Ms. Siwecki to the newly created post will allow The Reiser Group to expand its serve offerings to developers and builders by providing market analysis, land acquisition, due diligence, pro forma feasibility studies and a host of related products designed to assist builders with strategic information for decision making.

Ms. Siwecki has more than 25 years experience in the new home and condominium conversion market. At The Reiser Group, her responsibilities encompass all aspects of residential marketing and research, including land acquisition evaluation, product development, floor plan review, marketing plans, and merchandising. In addition, she produces site specific and overall market feasibility reports that include pricing and absorption. Ms. Siwecki is considered one of the building industry's leading experts in understanding and predicting market trends. She tracks economic, sociological, and psychological trends in buyer behavior with respect to how to reach target audiences and what influences them in purchasing a home.

Prior to joining The Reiser Group, Ms. Siwecki served as executive vice president of the Ryness Company. In 1977, she founded the firm's marketing research department and created The Ryness Report, which has become an important source of information for clients, staff, and the real estate industry. In addition, she developed an information network on competing communities in California and Arizona, which was designed to keep staff and clients up-to-date on market trends such as pricing, absorption, product, etc.

Ms. Siwecki is a past president of the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) and currently serves on its board of directors. She has been recognized as SMC's "Marketing Director of the Year" and was named "Marketing Director of the Year" by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Ms. Siwecki received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of California, Berkeley.
