Tom Reiser - Chief Executive Officer
Tom Reiser, Founder of Reiser Group, possesses over 25 years of experience in New Home Sales Management. Having founded Reiser Group in 1999, Tom's reputation and respect throughout the homebuilding industry have helped establish Reiser Group's position as a leader in New Home Sales and Marketing. Leveraging his leadership and business development skills, Tom leads Reiser Group and focuses his efforts on the company's expansion throughout Northern California as well as into Southern California and parts of Nevada. With a long history of success, Tom has held a variety of leadership positions for some of the largest, most reputable homebuilders in the country. He has held field and senior management sales roles with Toll Brothers, Lennar, Presley, Pulte, and Dividend Homes. While at Lennar, Tom was successful at doubling the projected business plan for the "Trails in Alamo" by managing the sale of 65 high-end homes in just 11 months. While serving Presley Homes as Director of Sales, Tom remained "Salesperson of the Year" for four years running (1991-1994). A recipient of the Hochmuth Memorial Real Estate Scholarship, Tom received a B.S. in Business/Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Eric Altshuler - Finance & Development

Eric Altshuler has a development management and real estate finance background, and recently participated in the underwriting, acquisition and disposition of over $80 million in nonperforming developer loans, purchasing portfolios from banks, hedge funds and at auction. As a development manager, Eric ran over $300 million in residential and mixed-use development projects in Northern and Southern California, with ultimate P&L responsibility on two $100 million projects. He also led acquisitions for a regional developer, sourcing over $150 million in high-density condominium and resort hotel/condo development projects. In that role, he negotiated purchase contracts, created development financial models, schedules, initial concept design, and directly managed institutional capital relationships. He has a background in finance with an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Eric is a former aviator with the United States Navy.

Steve Kelley - Sales Manager
Since joining Reiser Group in 2000 as Area Sales Manager, Steve Kelley has managed the sales and closings of over a thousand homes for the company's largest builders. Prior to joining Reiser Group, Steve served as Sales and Marketing Director for TRI Development for 20 years. At TRI Development, while overseeing the sales of over 1,800 homes and condominiums, he managed all phases of the Development Process, including Feasibility Studies, Marketing, Design, Advertising, Finance, and Customer Service. This critical Urban Residential Sales and Condo Conversion expertise left Steve uniquely poised for his role at Reiser Group, and has proven essential to Reiser Group's success in acquiring and servicing both our multi-unit and urban builders. Steve graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from Santa Clara University.

Gary Marsh - Creative Director, Writer & Publicist
Gary Marsh has worked in a communications capacity since 1986 with a broad range of experience, including corporate marketing, outside commercial equipment sales, journalism (freelance writing and staff reporting) and corporate communications.

Prior to joining Reiser Group, beginning in 1998 he was a freelance marketing communications consultant specializing in all aspects of marketing and public relations for professional service firms and development entities associated with residential and commercial projects.

Previously he was Western Region Corporate Communications Manager for Cushman & Wakefield, an international brokerage services firm, where he managed nine PR and Advertising firms from Detroit to California. Before working in corporate communications at C&W, Gary covered hospitality, real estate and retail industries as a staff reporter at the San Jose Business Journal. In addition, he has published dozens of articles on miscellaneous topics in regional and national magazines. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Gary has been working with the Reiser Group since 2005.

Laura Jones - Design, Web & Project Manager
Laura began her career 12 years ago as a website designer with Internet Associates International, Ltd. (IAI, Ltd.), a company that installed an Internet Service Provider into 11 Caribbean countries.  With IAI, Ltd., Laura designed websites for tourism-related businesses.

Laura went on to successfully brand a five-star resort development in the Fiji Islands called Taunovo Bay.  As Director of Marketing, she was responsible for creating the brand, designing the marketing materials, collateral, signage, website, and implementing the marketing strategy for the development. Furthermore, Laura wrote and designed the Financing Memorandum used to secure institutional funding for the project.

Laura began her own graphic and website design business with partner, Kate Lehman, in 2004.  Together, Laura and Kate worked on design projects for nationally-recognized brands such as GlenFiddich, Mike's Hard Lemonade, Milagro Tequila, and Hogue Vineyards.  Projects included advertising campaigns, holiday promotions, case card designs, Point-of-Sale displays and custom-branding.  Aside from the beverage industry, Laura and Kate worked on projects for a wide-range of industries including non-profit organization, Wardrobe for Opportunity, Circle Bank, CORFAC International, and Opus West.

Laura has been working with the Reiser Group since 2006.

Kate Lehman - Graphic Designer
Kate has successfully worked as an illustrator, graphic and website designer for eight years. Kate's work has been published both on-line and in print, featured in various magazines and displayed at the 2003 Emmy Awards. Kate's list of clients and projects are incredibly diverse; she has been prolific since her graduation from art school and has demonstrated her expertise in designing successfully across all industries and proving that her design style appeals to a wide range of markets.

In addition, Kate's experience includes copy editing, layout, writing and designing brochures, magazine advertisements, mailers and all aspects of company collateral.

Kate's expertise is in traditional illustration and painting, digital illustration, graphic design, website design and animation.


Siwecki Company
Cynthia Abbes Siwecki - Marketing  & Research

Cindy Siwecki brings over 30 years experience in the New Home and Condominium Conversion Industry. This encompasses all aspects of residential marketing and research that includes land acquisition evaluation, product development, floor plan review, specifications, marketing plans, and merchandising.  Siwecki produces site specific and overall market feasibility reports including pricing and absorption and is considered one of the building industry’s experts in understanding and predicting market trends.  She tracks economic, sociological, and psychological trends in buyer behavior with respect to how to reach the target audience and what makes them decide to purchase a home.

Prior to starting Siwecki Company, Siwecki was Executive Vice President of The Ryness Company. In 1977, she founded the Marketing Research Department and created The Ryness Report, which has become an important source of information for clients, staff, and key real estate industry personnel in California, Arizona, Washington, and Nevada (Las Vegas).  In addition, she developed an information network on competing communities in California and Arizona.

In 2005, Siwecki joined The Reiser Group as Vice President of Marketing and Research where she continued working with developer/builders until the formation of Siwecki Company.

Siwecki is past President of the Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) and currently serves on their Board of Directors.  She has been recognized as SMC’s Marketing Director of the Year as well as the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Marketing Director of the Year.

Siwecki is a graduate of UC Berkeley and a Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM).
