
Tom Reiser - Chief Executive Officer
Tom Reiser, Founder of Reiser Group, possesses over 25 years of experience in
New Home Sales Management. Having founded Reiser Group in 1999, Tom's reputation
and respect throughout the homebuilding industry have helped establish Reiser
Group's position as a leader in New Home Sales and Marketing. Leveraging his
leadership and business development skills, Tom leads Reiser Group and focuses
his efforts on the company's expansion throughout Northern California as well as
into Southern California and parts of Nevada. With a long history of success,
Tom has held a variety of leadership positions for some of the largest, most
reputable homebuilders in the country. He has held field and senior management
sales roles with Toll Brothers, Lennar, Presley, Pulte, and Dividend Homes.
While at Lennar, Tom was successful at doubling the projected business plan for
the "Trails in Alamo" by managing the sale of 65 high-end homes in just 11
months. While serving Presley Homes as Director of Sales, Tom remained
"Salesperson of the Year" for four years running (1991-1994). A recipient of the
Hochmuth Memorial Real Estate Scholarship, Tom received a B.S. in Business/Real
Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Michael Carreno - President
Michael Carreno, Partner at Reiser Group, possesses over 20 years of
entrepreneurial success, leading the creation and expansion of service and
high-tech based companies. As President leading Reiser Group's operations,
Michael became Tom's business partner in 2002. Having previously served as CEO,
Founder and President of various high tech companies, he possesses a proven
track record of growing outsourced business models into systemized, scalable
business operations. Michael's expertise in designing and implementing business
models for fast-growing companies has led each one of these businesses to
successfully serve a large customer base while maintaining the principles and
personalized touch of a boutique firm. His approach to implementing a "Best
Practices" Business Model has helped expand Reiser Group's growth rate to over
200% per year since 2001. Michael's experience, coupled with Tom's industry
expertise, has facilitated the development Reiser Group's Sales and Marketing
Formula, "The Reiser Group System". Michael received his B.S. in Business
Administration from the University of San Francisco.

Cynthia Abbes Siwecki - Vice-President, Marketing & Research
Cindy Siwecki joined Reiser Group's Executive Committee in 2005 as Vice
President of Marketing & Research. She brings over 25 years experience in the
New Home and Condominium Conversion Industry. Her responsibilities encompass all
aspects of Residential Marketing and Research that include land acquisition
evaluation, product development, floor plan review, marketing plan, and
merchandising. Cindy produces site specific and overall market feasibility
reports that include pricing and absorption and is considered one of the
Building Industry's experts in understanding and predicting market trends. She
tracks economic, sociological, and psychological trends in buyer behavior with
respect to how to reach the target audience and what makes them decide to
purchase a home. Cindy works closely with our Developer Clients and Sales
Directors to enable all to achieve their mutual goals.
Prior to joining Reiser Group, Cindy was Executive Vice President of The Ryness Company. In 1977, she founded the Marketing Research Department and created The Ryness Report, which has become an important source of information for clients, staff, and key real estate industry people. In addition, she developed an information network on competing communities in California and Arizona. It was designed to keep the staff and clients up-to-date on market trends such as pricing, absorption, product, etc.
Cindy is past President of the Sales and Marketing Council and currently serves on their Board of Directors. She has been recognized as SMC's Marketing Director of the Year and was awarded the title of Marketing Director of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Cindy received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History at the University of California, Berkeley. She is a licensed pilot, horsewoman, and falconer (birds of prey) and lives with her husband, Lee, in Danville.

Seth Krubiner - Marketing Consultant
Seth Krubiner began his association with the Reiser Group in July 2007
and is responsible for all aspects of marketing Reiser Group services throughout
the Bay Area.
Mr.Krubiner consults with developer clients on product features and amenities, develops marketing plans and budgets, and implements marketing plans by helping select and manage creative vendors associated with the sales process - such as advertising agencies and website developers. During the active sales phase of new residential communities, he supports the sales organization by managing marketing campaigns and maintaining sales absorption. He has extensive experience in suburban residential development, infill housing projects and high-density urban building.
Mr. Krubiner started his real estate career as a development associate in the apartment industry with Security Capital Atlantic in Atlanta, GA before shifting to marketing new homes at The Boulevard Company in Charlotte, NC. There he was responsible for sales, marketing, market research and project development for the $75 million in-fill and multi-family housing developer.
He was most recently Director of Marketing for The Mark Company where he oversaw a department comprised of ten marketing professionals, including project managers and marketing coordinators. The department was responsible for a portfolio of two dozen communities.
Prior to working at The Mark Company, Krubiner was Vice President of Marketing for Pacific Marketing Associates handling market research, planning, account management, and implementation of all marketing materials for the San Francisco-based new home marketing and sales organization. He was also Vice President of Marketing with the Castle Group in San Mateo.
Seth Krubiner has a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. A native of Los Altos, CA, Mr. Krubiner is a member of SPUR - San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association.

Greg Deming - Regional Director of Sales
Greg Deming is an accomplished sales executive who joined Reiser Group in 2005
to assist the company in growing its key accounts business. As Sales Director,
Greg managed the successful launch and sales of Siena Hills, a 216-unit
condominium project in San Ramon for Statewide Acquisitions. He also managed
from inception through grand opening a new for-sale community in San Jose, Monte
Verano Condominiums. Comprised of 96 residences, Monte Verano sold out two
months ahead of the builder's projections. Reiser Group has been awarded
additional contracts by The Olson Co. for all of its Orange County developments
in Southern California, due to Greg's effective management and sales results as
Sales Director with Olson in Northern California.
Prior to joining Reiser Group, Greg held executive sales positions with American Express Corporate Services, CIGNA Group Insurance and FirstSource Corporation. With CIGNA, Greg led the organization to double its sales in three years and at FirstSource he grew sales from $10 million to over $110 million in a single year. Additionally Greg has held a variety of general management positions, including complete responsibility for all American Express Business Travel offices on the East Coast. Greg was instrumental in growing the region to over 100 locations and 1,600 employees. In this role he was the executive sponsor to several mission critical projects including the integration of acquired Thomas Cook travel offices, as well as restructuring operations to accommodate dramatic changes in airline commission rates.
Greg owns a copyrighted, sales-development formula that helps companies improve sales velocity. He has trained companies in the methodology as a consultant. The program features tighter performance management, clarified competency models and implementation of field-leadership training designed to accelerate sales effectiveness. Steve Kelley - Sales Manager
Since joining Reiser Group in 2000 as Area Sales Manager, Steve Kelley has
managed the sales and closings of over a thousand homes for the company's
largest builders. Prior to joining Reiser Group, Steve served as Sales and
Marketing Director for TRI Development for 20 years. At TRI Development, while
overseeing the sales of over 1,800 homes and condominiums, he managed all phases
of the Development Process, including Feasibility Studies, Marketing, Design,
Advertising, Finance, and Customer Service. This critical Urban Residential
Sales and Condo Conversion expertise left Steve uniquely poised for his role at
Reiser Group, and has proven essential to Reiser Group's success in acquiring
and servicing both our multi-unit and urban builders. Steve graduated with a
B.S. in Marketing from Santa Clara University.
